How to Request Support from TeamLogic IT

Dear Team Member,


We’re pleased to let you know that TeamLogic IT is now your dedicated desktop support provider. Our team is ready to assist you with technical issues, system questions, and ongoing IT support.


How to Contact Us for Support:


1. TeamLogic IT System Tray Icon (Preferred)
Click the TeamLogic IT icon in your system tray and select “Create Service Request.” This automatically includes important system details, helping us respond quickly and accurately. (Screen shots and details on page 2.)

 2. Email Support

 Send your request to 
supportftmyersfl@teamlogicit.com.   Please include a brief description of the issue.


3. Phone Support
Call 239-774-1603 to open a support request. We will attempt to connect with a technician or if our technicians are assisting other callers, coordinate a follow-up as soon as possible.

  • Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 and email assistance

How to Access the TeamLogic IT System Tray Icon

 

On Windows:

  1. Look at the bottom-right corner of your screen near the clock.
  2. If not visible, click the upward arrow (^) to reveal hidden icons.
  3. Find and click the green TeamLogic IT icon (it will be labeled “TeamLogicIT” when you hover over it).
  4. Select “Create TeamLogic IT Support Request” from the menu.

 

On macOS:

  1. Look at the top-right corner of your screen near the clock.
  2. Find the green TeamLogic IT icon in the menu bar.
  3. Click the icon and select “Create TeamLogic IT Support Request”

 

If the icon is not visible, you may need to restart your device or contact us directly (email or phone) so we can assist with the setup.
